Source? This sounds like a pretty crazy claim so I tried to look it up, as far as I can tell there is no international food safety ranking. The closest I could find was the US coming thirteenth in food security according to gfsi but that’s not the same thing at all.

USA seems to rank about 63rd for foodborne indicent cases per capita in 2021
A lot has changed in the last five years.
Also, good luck trying to get accurate data on anything now. They are purging the records when they can.
