Kotlikoff pointed to a presidential taskforce that was established to examine sexual assault on campus.
Pointing out that you’ve got a rapist on your side is a helluva way to show you’re taking sexual assault seriously.
In this case, it’s the University President who is showing that he is Taking This Seriously by referring it to a committee…
Which is probably better, because if Trump makes a taskforce on sexual assault, its mandate would probably be to take the task on.
The Epstein class is so goddamn tone deaf

is “presidential taskforce” in your mind referring to the US president? lost
Michael Kotlikoff, the president of Cornell University, has spoken to the New York Times about sexual assault allegations at the school, acknowledging for the first time that he knew a student had reported being sexually assaulted in November 2024, but did not follow up with the Jane Doe involved in the months after learning about the alleged assault.
He also revealed that he did not know she had dropped out of Cornell until she filed a lawsuit last month.
Cornell’s faculty senate is expected to hold a rare vote of no confidence in the president later this month, according to reports.
Kotlikoff should resign. It’s shameful that he hasn’t already.
