There is a huge difference, just not on the two topics you chose. Those two topics are very important, don’t get me wrong.

To say there isn’t much difference between a group actively dismantling democracy for an authoritarian state and a group that could be more inclusive with their policies is asinine.

Even on those two topics there is a definite difference between the parties, though not nearly as much of one as I would like there to be. Among elected officials and active candidates, the absolute worst individual Democrat stance on each of them MIGHT be worse than the best individual Republican stance, but the average stance is substantially better, and the number of Dems with good or even marginally acceptable stances is much, much higher.

The point is that even if you are a single issue voter, there is at least a marginal difference between the parties on whatever issue is your personal hill to die on, and the same party is the better one on literally every single issue. I suppose there is a chance that, in a given race, that particular Republican candidate will be better on that single issue than that particular Democrat candidate, but even that is unlikely.
