Only as illegal as unowned cameras, especially in residential areas, AFAIK. 🤷🏼♂️ Besides, I presume it’s up to the wielder/maker to align said gadget’s scope to affect only the target location, not beyond. 🧏🏼♂️
Radiating with intent to destroy is very very illegal. Radiating without a license is also very illegal.
