That looks so yum. I’ve never had hare before - what does it taste like? I imagine it might be pretty lean, and gamey?
it’s lean and tastes like a cross between kangaroo and beef.
Sunday Funday grill out with some steaks, chicken and veggie kebabs
Had an omelette and fresh baked focaccia this morning, yogurt, fruit, and cashews for afternoon snack, and for dinner: leftover lasagna sheets (cut to strips), beef Ragu, and spinach.
