Russia is having problems supplying itself with diesel due to how many of their refining capacity has been damaged by Ukraine.
The only effect of this will be an attempt to shift blame from Trump for the shortages and high costs of energy onto Ukraine for daring to defend themselves.
And if Dems win a majority of the midterms, boom, Russia cuts off diesel and he will pin the blame on Dems for the fuel crisis. Rural know-it-alls will claim it was “always the Dems’ fault since March”.
No worries there. A few hundred thousand tons of diesel won’t make a dent in the price of diesel.
Russia doesn’t have diesel to export. They’re now a net diesel importer, mostly from India.
