There is a lot of it around, and plenty of it is mediocre as you’ve discovered. They use and sell Bippi where I work and it’s ok for what we use it for (Italian style foods that have a little kick in the background like a la vodka sauce, but nothing that’s going to kick your arse with heat).
That sounds like what i want. I’m surprised by how much chili oil there is around. It must be easy to make if so many people do it
