I shared some days ago my daily barely-coffee choices. Here guests were over and we got the big guns: a Bialetti moka (gotten second hand from an OG Italian), locally roasted coffee beans, and a hand grinder.

Reminder that the first coffees are not going to be good! A trick I got told, but never tested, to put back in use a Bialetti is to recycle the first coffee and use it instead of the water. Supposedly, that makes the whole pot taste like coffee quickly. (And you don’t drink that coffee)
Thanks, that sounds like a good tip to follow!
never use coffee to brew coffee
