According to this article federal agencies such as the one that oversees wildlife and preservation of wildlife had little say in this, but SCOTUS does. Isn’t this a negative affect of repealing the Chevron Act? I feared for stuff like this. Federal agencies have hired experts for a reason but they no longer have power. This sucks if I am reading into this correctly. Poor wildlife.
