    Dude one of those really big rings to put all the little rings on probably doesn’t cost more than $2. I’d make the investment just to not have to look at that.

    Edit: I looked it up and it’s probably a loose leaf binder ring that I’m thinking of as the classic jumbo janitor keyring from the movies. But look at this beaut. It’s the best of both worlds.. Put that baby on one of these and you’re the talk of janitor town.

            Witch hunt? Sorry for the distress, that’s not what I meant with the comment.

            Just please don’t post easily identifiable information online. I didn’t look up the buildings or the company, but just reading the text on those keychains told me more about you than I want to know.

    Oh, fuck that. The first thing I do is pull every single key off of all of those rings, put them all back on one ring and then tag them appropriately.

      The ADHD in me does disorganized shit like this all the time, and it drives the Autism in me crazy.

      I could rock a keychain like this for years, then suddenly I notice one day, it repulses me, and I have to drop every task to organize my keys right now before I can carry on with my life. Every day I live in a hell of my own creation.

    My wife does this with her key ring, using small plushies. It’s larger than her smaller purses now, and she’s aiming to add more.

      My mom has one from the late eighties on her front door in salty south Florida. Also they have a very nice security through obscurity feature in that disc detainer picks are still fairly rare.

        My parents still have one that’s probably older than I am. I figured it’s just some gimmick lock from back in the day that was marketed as “high security” because of the wierd looking key. They have a thing about this, y’know how some people have to have some kinda edge on the “rest of the plebs”, can’t just be normal and buy a normal lock, no they gotta buy… this thing.

      In Finland? yeah. When I lived in the city I had a safer one, but here in the boons it’s exactly the model above. For the front door.

        The new model has a cartel agreement not to copy them freely.

        With these you never know how many keys are in rotation after a couple of tenants.

    Had a prior job that handed me dozens of keys to access the different buildings. It was a security measure in case one key gets lost it limits what the “students” can gain access to. The entire campus was essentially one open air prison that had a history of local trouble makers thrown into first before throwing them in jail. It was not a good place to work and honestly I would find it humiliating to have been there voluntarily with how they treated people.
