Belief in angels is delusional. She thinks magical beings influence reality instead of taking the time to understand physical cause and effect.
I don’t think she believes the angels influence the earth. As far as i understand from my partner, she considers the evils of the current age to be very much man made and not something angels can influence. She very much understands cause and effect.
But preying to them does indicate an expectation they can guide one personaly, so I would call that influence again.
