It would be a real shame if people started to repeatedly bicycle around Hartley Bernsteins building.

Our legal system desperately needs a “stop frivolously suing us or we’ll jail you” clause.

The English common law system has the crime of barratry. Only a few states have adopted it into statutory law, and sadly, New York is not one of them.

I have never heard the term ‘barratry’ before.

Thanks for teaching me something new today.

If there is evidence to support bike lanes, put them in and let the the courts decide if they should be taken out. And make the court cases have to use scientifically backed assessments to support any claim. Force those delayers to experience their own medicine.

The evidence is why he’s losing but unlike Rs any D or progressive has to actually follow the rules which generally are to not work while things are hashed out in court. I wonder if anti-SLAPP laws could be applied against the delayer in some way.

I would hate it if someone published his address. Don’t do this. Also don’t publish any vacation homes either
