    Also, big heads up. Once you break one of your bodies sub system with obesity, they never get better. It really sucks.

      You’re what we call “new fat”. You weren’t around for the anorexia epidemics of the 90’s and 00’s. That was “old fat” which was used to describe anyone over 150 lbs and reinforced by every piece of media made since the 50’s
