Yeah, that’s a lot. That’s often the case with handmade stuff. I knit, and if I include the cost of labor in addition to yarn, a shawl would be at least $300-400. Not many people are willing to pay that.
The problem is that the materials and skilled labor hours need to make sense.
If someone spends weeks designing and then building/creating it, that weeks amount of labor.
Probably even calculating with minimum wage it will run really high.
Who has $700-$900 to spend on a backpack? Even if it’s the coolest bag on earth, which this one might be… but it’s too much.
