    Y’all there better be keeping a list of every case like this where this US Supreme Court conservative majority sides with villainy and corruption over the rule of law.

    Start building the case now to impeach and convict these evil, corrupt goons from Congress. It’s never been done before in the history of the country, sure, but the country has not transformed into an executive dictatorship before either, so that would be two new things.

    If the USA wants to ever be trusted again, changes need to be made from the root, that make clear that we don’t live in an era anymore where rules apply only to poor people and those the guy in charge doesn’t like.

      I wholeheartedly agree, the most important thing is pretty much everybody in the US gets on the same page about how democracy must actively be restored, we can’t just “go back”, the past was devastatingly unsustainable, there is no half measure here, there is an inherent existentialism to the preservation of our democracy requiring structural, big changes… especially with regards to the Supreme Court and how judges are appointed and for how long.
