I’d agree if it was under unpopular opinion, but a shitpost can be something everyone agrees with. It’s just low effort, both the post and usually the replies.
I feel shitposting has to have an element of trolling, either by being ostentatiously low effort or low quality, purposely offensive, obviously being said in bad faith, etc.
Politely stating something that most people agree with is just posting.
