The State Department doesn’t accuse Autistici/Inventati of doing anything more than providing surveillance-free email accounts. But that’s enough to declare it a terrorist organization.
im not saying theres no risk but they are going after the infrastructure not people using it (which they use as excuse), it looks like setting stage for weaponizing this law when elections come and people organize peaceful protests against the government
