Yesterday, I got off a 3-day ban where I said in reply to a comment about how I said “it should have taken him too” in regards to how it looked like RFK Jr had a stroke in an image of an article. So that was 3 days ban, uncontested. Then, just under an hour ago, I got a 7-day ban for an inoffensive comment similar in vein.
So I guess it’s a no-no to talk of “leaders” of departments who condemn people’s lives to suffering by ill advice and beliefs. Talk about bending that knee, Reddit. The place has been utter shit. I’m probably going to end up getting a permanent ban when I return when I shit on another right-wing politician.
Yeah, yeah, neg me all you want. I don’t care of your feelings. I’ve learned that it’s okay to let politicians dick the lives of millions around up to and including unaccounted deaths. But a little wishful stroke to one politician is “wrong”.
If your last ban was a 7 day then yeah the next ban will be permanent. Reddit doesn’t like when you wish harm on their favorite people.
Hell, I caught a 3 day ban for jokingly commenting “I hope he gets cancer 😡” on a photo of a mosquito perched on a cigarette in a shitpost sub.
I say fight the good fight despite how futile it is, but in the likely event you get perm banned, you’ll be among friends here.
Reddit never listens to appeals, so I’m not wasting my time. But thanks.
I’ve had stuff get appealed. Similar comment to yours, I said something like I’m not god, I’m not a government official, I don’t have the authority to anything I stated, something along those lines for “covid should’ve took them” referring to elderly politiicans. Account stayed banned because it had a seperate infraction since it caught that I was permabanned and on an alt, but the comment was restored a few hours later and that ban removed lmao. You can have multiple bans on your account, getting one ban lifted doesn’t remove them all.
