Its more about how you as leftist have given up all your power to the point that successful people dunk on you without worry about consequences and all you have to show for it is being miserable. It’s not like you’re the leftist of decades ago innovating anything. There’s no counter culture that wasn’t something that you stole from the 70s. I’m going to enjoy some steak, drive my truck and fill up at bucees while grabbing some good food. You can drive around being miserable until you realize the same thing. Being a leftist today is being a miser all day. You give up power. You fail at organizing and it’s to the point that a stores who sell to the public feel its fine to literally say, yea fuck their whole state because what are they going to do.
