Nope, that is a Coprinus comatus lookalike - Coprinopsis atramentaria. You don’t want to consume alcohol within a few days of eating that mushroom, before or after.
You’re absolutely right, looks like I’ve been worried for nothing. They’re quite similar, but have some key differences for proper identification like the lack of scales.
