It’s the main reason I haven’t tried it yet. As for distros, so far I’m most interested in Pop! OS, but given that it’s relatively young I worry about lack of documentation for certain issues I could encounter.
And is there a Linux alternative for Armoury Crate? G-Helper is only available on Windows.


I run bazzite on my rog flow z13 with an nvidia rtx 3050, so far the only issue i ran into was that i had to install an extra utility for manging gpu powerstates (that would be your armoury crate replacement), everything else went pretty smoothly. Don’t be afraid, you’re going to be fine.

Asusctl and rog control center, they can be installed via brew (cli or gui application) and just update alongside everything else via the update command
