All it shows is that the guy gets between 1 and 3 downvotes on the posts in the image.
There’s no other information presented there, certainly nothing that indicates any sort of coordinated campaign. We don’t even see what users are doing the downvoting.
Personally, if I see a comment that adds nothing beyond “Thanks for making this.” I’m 50/50 on downvoting it myself. What is that comment adding to the discussion specifically or the sub in general?

The circles highlight downclicks that are continuously propagated on all of my moderator’s comments by the abusers. This is very bad for engagement inflation. Thank you for your support.

Downclicks are a valid form of engagement. They convey very specific emotions of the downclicker to the content creator. These could be dissatisfaction, anger, hunger, what have you. For the most part, they are much more valuable than upclicks. Upclicks are easy.
Weaponization of downlicks, like is shown in this here abuse report, drastically devalue other user’s downclicks.
I’m still not seeing it, but that may be me because I don’t see votes as having an inherit value when compared to a algorithm based feed.
They can cause psychological damage too.
I blame the victim, I’m just not sure who that is.

Total votes of that user. But the app breaks all the time so the numbers constantly get reset. Otherwise he’d (and every other Lemmy regular) have a way higher number.
