Bautista seems like he could fit the looks but I don’t think he’s a very good actor from the movies I’ve seen him in.
He definitely has the look but his voice isn’t really all that gutteral. He’s less of a raging psychopath out for revenge and more of a comedian who needs to stop and drink water halfway through the show.
I suppose it’s problematic that the Voice Actor for the videogames most people know were usually dark skinned.

Yeah the love that scene gets is mind boggling… he is completely unremarkable in that scene.
I think that’s the thing though. Unless you’re doing some crazy villain or something, most people are unremarkable. He feels like just a person going about their day, and then realizing something shitty just happened. He has a feeling of knowing it’s already over, but still has to go through the motions and deal with the shit. It’s not like it’s the best acting I’ve ever seen, but it’s very good particularly because it’s unremarkable.
