The showrunners from Stranger Things said that when they were working with Sean Astin, he was basically IRL Samwise to the point that they had to cut a character arc where the dude he was playing would have ended up being an antagonist. They just couldn’t do it after shooting his initial scenes.

I will take it as a pleasent fact about an actor playing a great character… Much better than the more common revelation that your fave character was played by some variety of piece of shit
“in real life” uh no they didn’t. They don’t exist no hobbit has ever been sexually assaulted by virtue of none ever existing. They are fictional.
Of course you could write a story about hobbits doing such things. But then you’d be the freak thinking about hobbit SA at the drop of a hat.
