    Are those disks standardized, so each one is always 50 pounds? (I assume 5 pounds for the pole)

      Usually 45 lbs per plate, and 45 lbs for the bar.

        Actually since they are red, usually means they are actually 55 lbs not 45. So in theory she’s probably lookin at 485…

          Red plates are 45 lbs at LA Fitness, purple are 55 lbs.

      Standardized red plates are always 25kg. In IWF, IPF and even USPA. Crossfit in the US uses pounds, but even there red is 55lb. So four slabs = 220kg.

      In reality, size wise, thise are closer to 25lb plates. The 45lb plates are like 16" diameter

          Is there any way to tap those shakes directly to an IV? This weakness i am, I should do something about it.
