    Racism can apply to anyone.

    However I think saying white-people food is bland can be said in a more PC way that continental cuisine uses seasoning and ingredients in smaller amounts compared to other cuisines.

    Objectively, that is true.

    So that’s not really a stereotype-based statement. It’s just said in a way that implies all white people but really means continental food. Which is European based. Which was mostly white people and where white people came from.

      Does it need to be false to be racist? There are a lot of true things I could say about various races statistically that I would deem racist by implying that thing applies to the race in general, or some member of that race, or by implying fault.

        I’m not sure tbh. There are surely things that fall in the gray area. Intention might be a factor for such things. 🤷
