Journalist really should have emphasized more of the demand it would need to operate and that they’ve never actually done this before and are probably making shit up as they go along. City council, if that rule started in 2014, that means a reality existed in which data centers were not permitted. Get off your asses and get back to that state, or resign and let someone else do it.
