    It sounds like the court just didn’t like the reason given for the firing. I’m guessing if they talked to their corporate lawyer first, and fired him for workplace discrimination, that would have been an entirely different court discussion.

    But firing him for performance after 3 days on the job? That’s an obvious lie.
