I just checked out the page and can’t find any code source, so how are we to trust what they say about it? I’m not interested for the same reasons that I’m not interested in discord.

Seems to be closed source, no mention of encryption for messages sent. Any development revolves around their APi which they can change at will.

Not open source, not self-hostable. I don’t see any realistic benefit to this over Fluxer, which is those things and way more.
