Tomorrow I have a meeting with my manager. It could be good news, bad news, or both. My anxiety is through the roof and they won’t give me any information.

I work in IT and if this is a lay off, this will be my 4th in 4 years. I should get full unemployment benefits, but we are already getting by just barely. I’m a wreck right now. And any input would be great.
I need to survive another 19 hours of uncertainty.
Better than I thought, still no 100% answer, but reading between the lines, it looks like not only will I be kept, but getting a promotion.

I hope so too. But just in case. I’m hedging my bets and sending applications to other places.
