Does anyone know the exact wording of the poll? I can’t read the haaretz article. Not that I doubt the bloodthirst of the average settler, but I struggle to believe that so many people would openly answer “Yes” to “Should all men, women and children in Gaza be killed?”.

You see those interviews from a few years ago where they interviewed random Israelis and one woman who was probably in her mid-20s was like “That land is ours so we should just kill them?”
When writing the comment I remembered another article. The author was visiting the West Bank and he was in the backseat of a settler’s car when they drove past a Palestinian and the settler said that she had to stop herself from swerving out to run the Palestinian over. I don’t really have words for this.

just put it in old testament terms and you can get half of jewish israelis to admit they’d love the extermination of their enemies
