Mine sounds older, but pretty much anywhere the water supply tubing runs, it has a red Viton oring around the tube and a brass backer that clips it into the fittings. That oring will start to leak as it gets old. They’re a weird metric size so finding them was a hassle, but now I have a bag of them for that job.
I’ve also replaced the tubing itself with teflon tubing that you can get from 3D printer websites. They use it as Bowden tubes.
