I use my fancy toaster oven for everything now, so my full size oven is free to be a server rack. Sweet

I just can’t make breads in mine. It doesn’t get hot enough, nor does it have enough thermal mass. I love it for everything else

I haven’t tried bread, but my Breville had handled everything I’ve thrown at it with precision. Premade cookie dough, cooked in that thing, comes out fucking delicious.

Having quality tools is a luxury that keeps giving. I researched it quite a bit to get one for my sister, who loves to bake. And when I saw it in action, I had to have one. Now my mom has one too. It’s a virus!

Holy shit a non-workjng oven would be way cheaper and sturdier than a rack. This is huge information.

…why did you put the preamp in the oven?

    For that warm sound.

    hahaha… shut your noise hole.

And yes, audio equipment also uses U1 and U2 rack mounts, so you still haven’t found what you’re looking for…

    …i’ll stop now.
