My Casio Lineage watch is one of the most worn watches in my collection. It’s a nice dress watch that isn’t too formal and works well with just about anything I want to wear. Recently I found a sporty twin for my Lineage watch. Here’s a comparison.

You just made me think about Edifice. Alas, they only have solar chronographs, nothing with MultiBand. Kind of too bad, because the chronographs are in the same price range as the Lineage.

Even more fancy look into the Junghans Max Bill Mega Solar ( https://junghans-shop.com/collections/max-bill/max-bill-mega-solar/ ).

I love a really clean, minimalist style watch… And, IMO, for that watch it’s not too expensive. Only objection I have to it is the app connection. I seriously don’t want my watches interacting with my phone.

Citizen and Seiko also offer solar, radio sync watches. I have a Seiko Astron, unfortunately it’s about 3-4x the price of the Junghans.

Agreed with the phone/internet should not touch my watch… But if it calms someone, the communication between the watch and the phone is done over audio (not Bluetooth WiFi or USB). The phone beeps and the watch listens.

Not saying its immortal but a lot better than BLE or similar.
