I sanity check myself with other not online queers. Like I’ll make some joke around “the gorls” and then start to walk it back thinking it sounded actually straight up misogynistic, only to be met with genuine laughter. Obviously our humor here isn’t for everyone, and it shouldn’t be, but as someone that has consistently been turned off of the site every time I visit 4chan, this space hits totally different.
