One of the most eerie & Hitlerian places I have ever been. Walked around empty covid streets like a bored dog & then had the cops called on me by my host for telling her neighbor to stop screaming at the homeless jaywalking, when there were no cars, the homeless guy was about ten stories out of hearing range, & he was another balcony unable to locate me at all. Oh well at least I didn’t get arrested. Never go to Portland
