      last time i did it exploded in the washing machine. i had to disassemble it and dig the wet filling out by hand.

      that’s how i learned it was half sawdust.

          unless your cover is lined with a rubber sheet, the pillow will get dirty eventually.

              you can machine-wash them but it needs to be gentle. and you need to tumble-dry them for like four hours with tennis balls to break up any wet clumps.

        Maybe that was the problem, lol. Never had any problem washing my pillows. I’ve only used basic IKEA pilllows though, not sure about the fancy memory foam or similar types.

          Yeah, I don’t think you can wash memory foam pillows. But mine comes with a cover and I put another one on top, both of which I can wash easily. Good enough.
