    Thought it might be conjuration at first, but that’s creating stuff from nothing rather than reshaping matter…

      Definitely transmutation.

      I’d rather it be done via thaumaturgy with a blind, wizened master sitting nearby shaping a tiny version as his family has done for centuries.
