It encroaches into the rest of my property and requires weekly maintenance in the warm months to keep back. If I did nothing, my whole property would just be an impassible jungle within a couple of years.

What was I supposed to do? Say look at it closely? That was my whole point, people just assume photos are real. It is very concerning, in the near future, we won’t be able tell if any photo or video is real at all. It will be indistinguishable.
I live in Japan and bamboo is a giant pain in my ass. It will spread out-of-control and isn’t going to be a big deal to the datacenter folks anyway.
