Zip up is more comfy to take off/on quickly, but non-zip has an overall nicer feel imo. And also I like the singular pocket with 2 hand holes that they have :3

Leave work - on. Get walking - hot from exercise now, zip down. Keep walking - super toasty now, all the way off. Stop in the park for a bit - cold, on. Walking again - zip down. Home - off
Pullover would just make me mad.
Pullover. Zip always bunches up when you sit down making it look like you have a boner coming out of your belly button.
Pullover does more to hide the silhouette and proportios that a zipper. My fat ass belly almost disappears under a pullover, but depending on the zipper’s mood can even be accentuated by it.
Hoodies without zips are stupid.
