I assume it is still restricted. If I remember, the effect of synthohol is basically the exact same as alcohol, it just lasts shorter.

It’s not alcohol free. If I understand synthehol correctly, it keeps the buzz but removes the hangover and reduced judgement.
You can also just decide to no longer be inebriated and you’re instantly sober.
