First tool ban is here! A new law was just signed in New York that requires blueprint blocking technology on every CNC machine, laser cutter, lathe and 3D printer. This affects everyone who makes, builds or fixes things. This isn’t a firearms law. It’s a manufacturing law. And they buried it in the budget because they knew exactly what it was.
Scan “your design”…so goodbye to IP “intellectual property” / a new patentable idea…- imagine companies spending billions on developing new product…only to have it counterfeited by others I am so sick and tired of positive people. Sheep to the slaughter.
Meh, “Goodbye to IP” would be a good thing, lol. But of course, the corpos and businesses would be able to buy back their privacy. I.e., this ban and the scanning of 3D prints would be used to oppress the proletariat, to prevent our liberation specifically, as all States do. Intellectual property really has nothing to do with it.
