its kinda funny but I was doing this rabbit hole search to see if I could identify a minimum of foods that are shelf stable and have everything you need. omega3’s and vitamin C become sorta hard without just using a supplement and if your doing vitamin C supplement you might as well do a multivatamin which covers a lot of bases and lets you have just a few other things.

Right. It’s also cheaper to get a multivitamin than to have a dozen different pills. Also easier to swallow for most without the skill.
