I think they’re partially trying to weaponize the fumes, partially trying to use this as a shame vector, given how exposed users will feel.

The law in this case says unisex bathrooms must be used, but if a school doesnt have one, they can install a portapotty in place of one. Not all schools have unisex bathrooms ⸻ especially not older ones
