I am not referring exclusively to Indro Montanelli, though he is a good example. Many other Fascists raped or otherwise sexually harassed children as well:
Golda Wasserman provides accounts of girls being selected to be raped and then returned to the Tulchin ghetto in Romania:
About fifteen kilometers from the ghetto there were Italian and Hungarian reserve divisions… the Romanian gendarme who was the Commandant of Tulchin selected healthy young girls from the ghetto and sent them away, under the official pretense of working in the kitchen or bakery of those divisions. The girls returned from there having been raped, ill with venereal diseases. Many committed suicide back in the barracks, while some of them were killed when resisting or attempting to flee. […] Selection was carried out every fifteen to twenty days… (Podolsky, 2010, p. 102).

[P]edophiliac relationships among camp personnel were wide-spread with young boys being recruited with enticements of better living conditions and food, to serve as sexual slaves for more senior camp authorities. [The authorities overlooked] such transgressions of paragraph 175 of the Reich Criminal Code that forbad[e] homosexuality (Evans, 2006). Once the pipel’s usefulness was exhausted they were discarded with very little prospect for survival.

Sexual perversion is further described by Mary Berg’s diary (Berg, 1945) of the Łódź ghetto (December 1939):
The cruelty of the Germans is increasing from day to day, and they are beginning to kidnap young boys and girls to use in their nightmarish ‘entertainments.’ They gather five to 10 couples together in a room, order them to strip, and make them dance to the accompaniment of a phonograph record. Two of my schoolmates experienced this in their own home (p. 13).

Thousands of Jews were forced to dig pits, remove their clothing, and their corpses dumped into the mass graves, after being lined up beside the pits and killed with guns. Jewish women were often raped before being murdered.
For example, in Czestochowa, Poland, thousands of half-naked men and women were assembled in a square where they were beaten. Young girls were taken into the synagogue, undressed and sexually assaulted and tortured (Dawidowicz, 1975). Many reports of sexual brutality are accorded to the Einstazgruppen including: cutting off breasts of nursing mothers, body searches of sex organs and anuses, and torture of women before their rape.
Sexual brutality perpetrated by soldiers
[Axis] soldiers were not immune from accusations of sexual brutality, rape and murder. For example, in a French village, children were made to suck the soldier’s penises, to imagine their emissions were milk, and to swallow happily without crying (Rose, 2000). In the Greek town of Distomo:
Pregnant women were eviscerated with bayonets and their intestines wrapped around their necks. People were decapitated and children’s heads crushed. Houses were burned with all the occupants inside. Women and little girls were raped and then executed. All the beasts of burden were killed too. It was estimated that between 50 to 60 percent of the dead were children (Nicholas, 2006, p. 430).
Schäfer himself, they said, was always surrounded by a group of boys he treated like slaves, using electric shocks or tranquillisers as punishment. Children and their parents were taught that it was an honour for a child to be chosen to share the bed of their “Supreme Leader.”
