Sure, as I say I wouldn’t necessarily expect the tagger/s were putting it there for any good reason, but it would be a pretty extreme coincidence for it not to be a reference to Korea.
If it is what it looks like, considering the area it was found, 50/50 chance it’s some nutjob tankie who did it to make the liberals mad, or some liberal mad at the local conservatives who thinks he’s doing a hilarious authoritarianism bit.
