      Generally, you can remove Heathcliff and the joke stays almost exactly the same. The absurdist, Dada ant high joke remains intact. The titular character is not the main source of action. If removing orange cat and any references to him keeps the joke intact then it’s a successful edit.

      In this particular case, a little more action was needed and a new absurdist comic was created.
