Somewhere between 1.5 and 2 lies the end of civilisation, not in a cliff but because we’ll have crossed too many tipping points and collapse cannot be stopped.

We’re already there, not in the physical sense but in the sense of our response has been to act as complete and utter buffoons in the face of such an existential risk and we can’t evolve fast enough to change human behaviour.

Earth will survive , virus ( humans) will be extinct .
