Which do I buy, and what do I do with my penny?

I have played Sekiro a little when it first came out, but got frustrated and gave it away with my Xbox One, now I feel like with better hardware (good PC) I might enjoy the game more (less frustrating parry timing).

I have played Elden Ring a decent bit, somehow never quite beat it, but enjoyed it.

I have also played / beaten DS 3 XXX times, and Bloodborne XXXXXXXXXXXXX times, beaten Demon Souls remake, and Dark Souls remaster, Dark Souls 2 as well.

Which one do I buy /Soulslike?

    i expected it to be light on lore, but was pleasantly surprised how good the character storylines are, and how they actually fill the gaps of the basic game lore
