    This week I continued my reading and meditation streaks. I finished reading How Not to Age (certified banger) and started reading All Quiet on the Western Front (I’ve read 40 pages so far and it’s great). I also managed to go running on 3 days in a row.

    Next week I want to continue my streaks and go running at least 2-3 times glorp

      ok moon, as i continue to cut down on animal product usage, what’s another easy or effective or novel actionable item i can execute to attempt to keep my youthful glow?

        The TLDR of the book is that many of the known aging pathways can be influenced through lifestyle choices and especially nutrition:

        By cutting down on meat and dairy, you’re already halfway there. The longest living populations on the planet are all plant-based.

        Make sure to get plenty of:

        • cruciferous vegetables (broccoli)
        • dark leafy greens (kale, spinach)
        • legumes (beans, soybeans, chickpea, lentils)
        • whole grains (barley, brown rice, whole oat groats)
        • berries containing anthocyanins (blueberries, blackberries)
        • nuts and seeds (ground flaxseed, walnuts, almonds)
        • herbs and spices (turmeric, ginger)
        • green tea
